This course introduces participants to the basic science of heat transfer as it relates to the refrigeration cycle. The fit and function of all major sealed system components will be discussed which includes the part each component plays in the transfer of heat. The second half of this course focuses on best installation practices for installing and setting up a walk-in cooler or freezer.
